Noteworthy Classification Features:
A large flat-roof building clad in yellow brick laid in a running bond. The base of the building is clad in large flat panels of polished stone. Across the front of the building, a continuous band of polished stone frames the windows on the first and second floors. The exterior walls are capped with limestone. A cantilevered awning extends from the front of the building and covers the front door.
